This position will be aligned with Process Controls and Instrumentation and IT.
The primary responsibilities will be managing vulnerability patching of selected Lab Systems, communicating with lab owners, and technical staff; to record and update configuration management database.
The candidate will be expected to attend daily update meetings, align to a schedule and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Project may include upgrading legacy Windows systems to the current Corning Version, as well.

Responsibilities:
Active Directory Administration Familiarity with cloud applications (Microsoft and 3rd party) Remediating/minimizing anti-virus threats Imaging and deployment server utilization Asset lifecycle management skills Installation/configuration of various software packages Installation/configuration of Security Software ServiceNow (ticket management) utilization Inventory management Additional responsibilities may include:
Documentation (records) management Vendor engagement (as needed) Project interaction/participation Customer scheduling/follow-ups Cross-team interaction and collaboration Prioritizes duties and works on several tasks simultaneously Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to change priorities at a moment's notice Education and
Experience:
Associates in Computer or IT Related Field preferred, but not required.
One year minimum of IT Desktop support or Service Desk experience Job Type:
