As a Loan Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting clients in obtaining loans and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Duties:
- Evaluate loan applications and determine eligibility based on credit analysis and underwriting guidelines - Collect and verify necessary financial documents from clients - Review loan documents for accuracy and completeness - Coordinate with loan officers, escrow agents, and other parties involved in the loan process - Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other applicable laws - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan application process - Answer client inquiries regarding loan terms, rates, and repayment options - Maintain accurate records of all loan transactions Skills:
