Responsibilities:
Sample responsibilities include:
Answering multi-line phone system and directing calls to the appropriate staff member Greeting clients and guests to ensure they are receiving great customer service Interacting with past firm clients Preparing forms and form documents Assist with the creation of various legal documents Scheduling appointments and functions with our practice management system Reviewing and replying to clients and other emails Tracking firm metrics related to client intake for the office Assist with implementing marketing campaigns Tracking marketing activities and client engagement
Qualifications:
Skills required:
